Before you pay.
- Every request is reviewed by a producer before work starts. Footage that isn't usable — bad audio, no structure — comes back to you at no cost.
- Delivery is 7 business days from assignment, for any format.
- Two revision rounds are included on every video. An extra round costs 25% of that video's token value.
- Unused tokens expire at the end of each monthly cycle and don't carry over.
- Your rate follows your monthly total. Buy more, pay less per token — it applies on its own, with nothing to renegotiate.
- Cancelling a single request refunds 100% before an editor starts, 50% during editing, and nothing once the first cut is sent.
- Cancelling the subscription stops all future charges. Do it from your PayPal account, any time.
