You're recording more video than ever. The editing can't keep up.

EditGuys handle your raw recordings: the podcast, the YouTube video, the webinar, the hour of footage you want turned into shorts. We edit each one to keep people watching, in your brand's look, on your schedule.

The recordings are done. Don't let them pile up.

Recording a video takes as long as the conversation. Editing it well takes several times longer. So every time you add a show, a channel or a client, the footage piles up in a folder until someone has time to cut it.

You'll always know a guy.

We work under your agency's name and follow your feedback process. Your clients don't need to know there's another shop behind the edit, and we'll join their calls as part of your team when that's easier.

  • A brand brief for each client
  • One producer coordinating all your accounts
  • Overflow on a few clients, or your whole post-production crew
  • Never lag behind client work.

Running an agency?

Keep filming. We'll keep up.

You work directly with your producer and editor. Start with your podcast, then add YouTube, shorts or a webinar series when you're ready. We edit as fast as you film.

  • Always on brand. Always on time.
  • More videos? No problem.
  • Your hours go back to recording and running the business.
  • Ramp up without fear.

Founder or creator?

You've tried the usual fixes. They stop working at volume.

Fix 01

Freelancers

One good freelancer can cut a great video. At your volume you need several, each with their own style and their own schedule. Someone on your team ends up managing them and fixing what doesn't match your brand.

Fix 02

AI editing tools

They find clips and add captions fast. Cuts are clunky, decisions are confusing and the result is generic-looking.

Fix 03

Hiring an editor

One editor covers one person's hours. When volume jumps, you're hiring again. When it drops, the salary stays the same.

At volume you need editors who know your brand as well as an in-house editor would, and enough of them to cut every video you record. That's how the Guys are set up.

You keep recording. We got your back.

Whatever you record, it comes back edited and ready to post, on the dates you need it. That's the whole job.

On schedule.

Every piece has a delivery date, and it lands on it. You stop chasing edits and start planning posts.

More videos?
More Guys.

The more videos you make, the more platforms you're on, the more clients you bring on, the less you can afford a stall in post-production. Bringing on a new editor always has a learning curve. Because our post-production is team-based, you never feel it: Guys get added to your account as your volume grows, and your publishing never stops.

Whatever you publish, we match it.

Volume goes up for a launch and comes back down after. Your team size follows it, month to month.

Your lead editor has backup.

Other Guys on your account already know your brand, so your videos keep coming when someone's out sick or on vacation.

Every Guy is trained on your brand.

Consistency, training, staying on the cutting edge, your look and your messaging: we handle it. More Guys never means more problems at your door.

Your producer manages the entire thing.

You know video editing is chaotic. EditGuys makes it seamless. Your producer takes all of it, so what reaches you is calm: videos, ready, on the day.

  • One person to talk to
  • Every cut checked before it reaches you
  • Every date kept

The things people ask before sending footage.

How many revisions are included, and what if I hate the first cut?
Every video includes 2 rounds of revisions. If the first cut misses what you wanted, tell your producer what's off and it'll get recut. Clients rarely need revisions once our Guys get a feel for your storytelling style.
What do I get back?
Exactly what you asked for in that video. Subtitles, B-Roll, motion graphics, overlays… What you ask, you'll get.
How long does onboarding take, and when do I get my first video?
Onboarding is one call and a brand brief with your producer, usually inside 3 business days of signing up. Send footage right after it and your first cut comes back within 7 days. Turnaround per format is published in our service agreement and discussed during onboarding.
Do you make thumbnails, titles or descriptions?
Our specialty is editing. It's in our name. But we have a lot of experience creating compelling titles and thumbnails. We are considering adding it as a regular service in the near future, but currently do it on a client-by-client basis.
Who owns the final videos and the project files?
You own the finished videos outright, from the moment they're delivered. Project files are yours on request: ask and we hand over the timeline and the assets, so you're never locked in.
Is the music and stock footage licensed for my use, including ads?
Yes. We only use tracks and footage licensed for commercial use, paid ads included, and the license covers you as the publisher. If you bring your own track or stock footage, we'll use it once you confirm you hold the rights.
Can you white-label for my agency's clients?
Yes. We work under your name: your brief, your feedback loop, your delivery. Your client never has to know there's another shop behind the edit, and we'll join calls as part of your team if that's easier.
Can you match the look I already have?
Yes. That's the first thing we learn. If you don't have a signature look we can create custom LUTs and style guides just for you.
What does it cost?
Hop on a call and we'll talk! 🙂
